The Hobbit has gained a huge amount of media coverage in NZ and hopefully similar levels overseas. As the movie releases the first instalment the NZ Government has recently released an info graphic featured below on the direct economic contribution of the movie's production (check out the coffee figure!). We look forward to seeing the flow on benefits of media exposure and potential tourism influx on the back of the latest movie.
