Highest Honour in Rotary Awarded. Last week Lindsay's ongoing contribution to the local community was acknowledged when he was recognised as a "Paul Harris Fellow". Paul Harris (right) was a founder of Rotary. This award is one of the highest honours in Rotary and is used to acknowledge people who have made distinguished contributions to Rotary and the local community. Two of our team members recently moved on to new activities. Andri our latest intern student from Iceland finished up and headed back via Bali and Thailand. And on the home front, Kim, who has been part of our Accounting Team for four years moved to the Gold Coast with her young family. To celebrate and say goodbye we spent an evening with local cooking demonstrator and cuisine specialist Judith Cullen. Professional Triathlete Nicky Samuels has won her first Triathlon World Cup Race in Mooloolaba. Samuels finished in a time of 2hrs 03min and 13sec to beat a star studded field of athletes, including world number one, Emma Moffat. Lindsay Dey wore more than one hat a few weeks ago at the annual SBS Corporate Triathlon. As president of the Dunedin Triathlon and Multisport Club he was responsible for race briefing and facilitating the race start, prior to jumping on his bike to help the Impact Consulting team take out 4th place.
